Just a few months ago Novacolor, the Italian brand of San Marco Group, participated to the project “Vietato l’Ingresso” (Do not Enter) of TAM Arcimboldi Theatre in Milan, which aimed to give new life to the artists' dressing rooms while preserving their history and magic.
During the Milan Design Week, it was possible to have access to spaces where entry is usually forbidden, renovated by some of the most important design studios of the Italian scene. Seven of them have chosen some of the most beloved Novacolor products: Paolo Volpato and Caterina Stainer (dressing room n. 5 with Wall2Floor), Park Associati (dressing room n. 2 with MATmotion, Archi+ Tadelakt, Metallo_Fuso), Studio Cagnato (dressing room n. 15 with Wall2Floor, MATmotion), Arch. Enrico Scaramellini (dressing room n. 7 with MATmotion in four colors), DAP Studio (dressing room n. 16 with MATmotion), Studio WOK (dressing room n. 11 with MATmotion Supreme Matt) and Carlotta Capobianco (corridors with MATmotion Velvet).
The visitors had the opportunity to immerse themselves in the new ‘worlds’ created by the architectural studios, and to admire the high-quality proposals, the styles and the design solutions adopted. A project that has turned into a unique and sensory exploratory game that invites the public to become not only spectator, but also protagonist. But there is another place where the public and spectators are absolute protagonists: the Restaurant. After the marvelous results obtained with “Vietato l’Ingresso” project, Arcimboldi has chosen Novacolor also to decorate the TAMO Bistrò by Tommaso Arrigoni, the bistro restaurant overlooking the inner garden of the theatre, designed to create a real staging, where lights, colors and curtains emphasize the taste of the dishes.
Verderame_Wall Painting decorative coating with oxidized copper effect on the tables, Wall2Floor mineral system for seamless surfaces on the floors, Re-Vive decorative epoxy finish on the walls, MATmotion Eggy eggshell finish on the ceiling: these are the Novacolor actors chosen to outline the aesthetic personality of the bistro.
Novacolor products have been applied by Fabio Brusati (Brusati Proud Painters and Colori Decori).

San Marco Group's brand dedicated to decorative art presents Eclipsia, the Color of the Year 2025, along with four color worlds: Penumbra, Zenith, Aura, and Supernova. Each proposal finds its fullness in connection with Eclipsia, creating harmonious connections that open unexpected possibilities of color.
Color is one of the most powerful tools in interior design, capable of radically altering the perception of spaces. With the skillful use of color, it is possible to make a room appear larger, create cozy atmospheres, or define a focal point.
